General Manager - Project Instrumentation | Central Projects Department Roles & Responsibilities​ Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of all instrumentation precise calibration of field instruments and control devices.Validate and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS system P&ID diagrams, loop drawings, and technical instrumentation sensor selection, control valve sizing, and actuator instrumentation compliance with project specs and industry standards.Oversee FAT, SAT, and pre-commissioning activities for instrumentation systems.Coordinate with EPC teams to align instrumentation with project timelines.Monitor instrumentation budgets, procurement schedules, and resource utilization.Identify project risks related to instrumentation and implement mitigation plans.
