General Manager, Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide management direction to the project team and be involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines and detailed project cost estimation for project budget authorization.
• Cooperate in preparation of feasibility studies to assess development potential of new projects or acquisitions.
• Review and ensure that all drawings and documentations adhere to specification, advising on necessary changes or improvements as required.
