General Manager

Position Summary: General manager oversees the operations of Production, Warehousing, and Service (After sales). Makes sure that the three departments operates smoothly.

I Duties and Responsibilities

·       Develops local supply chain in terms of supply of parts locally and negotiates price and terms.

·       Develops partnership with truck body fabricators and negotiates contract price and terms.

·       Collaborate with product development teams (Marketing / Sales) to ensure products meet market needs and company objectives.

·       Collaborate with back office to make sure workflow efficiency within group.

·       Monitors Production team and makes sure all timelines are met, costing budgets are met, and quality standards are met
