Uni-Vanguard Insurances Services is looking for a General Manager who doesn't want to be just another executive inside a large insurance company. We are a growing non-life insurance agency with an established client base, a committed core team and supportive ownership. We are now at the point where the next stage of growth requires a true business leader — someone who wants to run a company, not just manage a department.
This role is for a person who enjoys building systems, driving revenue, coaching people, and making decisions that visibly move a business forward.
