Job Description

                    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations ensuring consistent service quality 
Full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets 
Ensure all services meet international aesthetic medicine standards and DOH requirements 
Lead comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition 
Lead strategic campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive revenue 
Implement luxury service standards and customer relationship management programs 
Identify expansion opportunities and new service offerings 
Champion service innovation and continuous improvement in the client journey 
Manage relationships with equipment suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, and service providers 
Implement clinic management systems, booking platforms, and customer management tools
