Job Description
Our client is a SaaS company at a pivotal stage of growth. We're looking for a General Manager to partner with our CEO, take ownership of day-to-day operations, and lead us into our next phase of scalable, profitable expansion.
This isn't a pure oversight role. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution—diagnosing problems, testing initiatives, and proving economic results before we reinvest in growth. Think of it as building a plane while flying it, with a clear destination in sight.
The Mission
Drive sustainable, profitable growth at with full P&L accountability. Lead a distributed team of 16+ across revenue, IT operations, finance, and HR. Report directly to the CEO as his right hand, with 3 direct reports and the opportunity to step into the CEO role within 12–24 months.
