This high-profile role combines strategic vision with operational execution across a complex sales organization, requiring a strong commercial mindset, market insight, and the ability to deliver results in a matrixed multinational environment.
You will lead and inspire the sales function to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across projects, distribution, retail, and specification-driven channels, while identifying new opportunities and strengthening the company's position across key segments.
