Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, this role sits at the commercial heart of a multi-brand, high-volume operation spanning metro and regional Victoria - with full accountability for leading and unifying sales, marketing, and House & Land strategy across multiple residential brands and channels.

This is not a purely strategic or operational role – it requires a proven operator who can set the direction, build the structure, align the teams, and stand behind the numbers.
