General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for a growing company in the metal-mechanical industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
• Strong strategic leadership and P&L ownership
• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
• Solid background in production planning, quality systems (ISO/IATF), and EHS compliance
• Proven track record managing KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems (PLEX/SAP/Oracle/Workday is a plus)
• Advanced English (bilingual)
