Business Performance & Commercial Management Deliver annual targets for sales, leasing, occupancy, and OPEX as approved by the Board. Safeguard the existing business by proactively managing tenant retention and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Drive the execution of the commercial centers repositioning and leasing strategy. Collaborate closely with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance footfall, tenant performance, and customer experience. Monitor overall business performance and implement corrective measures when necessary. 2.
