We are pleased to be partnering a premium sports academy to appoint an General Manager/Operations Director into their team. Crucially, they are not looking for a facility manager, but a heavyweight lead to serve as the strategic Right-Hand to the founders. The client has just launched their impressive flagship—among the largest and most prestigious of its kind in Singapore— and are now entering an aggressive Infancy-to-Enterprise jump, scaling from one flagship to two/three locations with a target revenue exceeding $30M.
As General Manager/Operations Director, you will own the entire business engine. Your goal is to build a world-class operational playbook that allows the coaching team to focus on elite performance while you handle the complexity of the business.
