Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the successful delivery of language programs. Responsibilities include developing strategies for growth, improving operational efficiency, ensuring a positive learning experience for students, and managing communication with instructors and clients. Additionally, the General Manager will handle administrative tasks and help drive the overall mission and vision of Happy Language Club.
