Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the company’s daily operations, strategic direction, and overall performance, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, aggressive growth strategies focused on increasing sales and improving profit margins from existing projects.
• Be fully accountable for the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including creating, managing, and optimizing budgets, driving efficiency, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
• Conduct continuous analysis of competitors and market trends to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage and implements effective new business strategies.
