This role supports the company's international expansion under its All-Waters Strategy. Leveraging Singapore's status as a global hub for marine technology and trade, the incumbent will establish and oversee the operational framework across Southeast Asia.

• Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop business plans for Singapore and the Southeast Asian market aligned with corporate strategy. 
• Lead the establishment, compliant operations, and team building of the local subsidiary, ensuring all overseas activities adhere to local laws and regulations.
