About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
General Manager
to oversee business operations in Singapore and drive regional growth across APAC. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L responsibilities, and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and performance management
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans
• Manage full P&L responsibility and budgeting
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion in Singapore
• Build and lead high-performing teams across departments
• Strengthen key client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Report directly to the Board / Regional Headquarters
