Full time job responsibility.We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and/or close the stores as required by the operational schedule
• Oversee daily coffee shop operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, manage, and motivate staff (scheduling, performance, discipline)
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitor sales, costs, cash-ups, and overall profitability
• Ensure hygiene, health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
• Train staff and uphold brand and service standards
