Our reputable client is looking for an experienced General Manager to join their abattoir
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualifications, certifications or diploma relating to food / health and safety in FMCG
• 5 Years' experience in an abattoir environment in an Operational Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager capacity
• Proven exposure to implementing, maintaining, and enhancing abattoir Health Management Systems
• Computer literate with MS Office and Meat Matrix software
• Flexible and prepared to work overtime in line with operational requirements
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
