GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS AND FINANCE

A leading animal feed manufacturer with established operations in the Eastern Free State, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager: Operations and Finance to play a key role in the sustainable growth and profitability of the business
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• BCom Finance / BCom Accounting / CA(SA) / CIMA / MBA (with a strong financial focus) or an equivalent financial or management qualification
• Proven senior management and financial experience, preferably within manufacturing, agriculture, or the animal feed industry
• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of production costs and operational finance
