The General Manager role oversees the full operation of a luxury safari lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership. With responsibility for daily operations, staff management, and compliance, the position requires a balance of hospitality expertise, conservation awareness, and hands-on leadership to maintain high standards and drive sustainable success.
