Role Overview

We are hiring a General Manager – Staffing & Recruitment Operations to own and scale the internal business operations of a recruitment company.

This role is not a BPO, shared services, IT delivery, or client service–only position.

You will have end-to-end accountability for how a recruitment business runs — from recruiting and deploying talent, to billing, margins, and operational scalability. As we grow revenue, you will ensure our recruitment engine, delivery model, and financial operations scale profitably.

This role is intended for leaders who have already operated at a senior level inside a recruitment, staffing, RPO, or manpower services company.
