Role Overview
The General Manager – Collections will lead large-scale collections and order-to-cash operations, manage key client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes through operational excellence, analytics, and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong domain expertise, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage senior client stakeholder relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service commitments
Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of qualified and semi-qualified professionals (~200 resources)
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Collections and Accounts Receivable processes
Drive client business impact through revenue enhancement, operational cost optimization, and working capital improvement
Design and execute delivery roadmaps with clearly defined KPIs to track performance and outcomes
