**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

Reporting to our VP of operations, the General Manager is responsible for safety, sales and P&L delivery, customer satisfaction and employee engagement for our precast manufacturing facility. This position is also responsible for upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.

A highlight of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ Develop and deliver business plans to achieve budgeted sales, operational throughput and required profits. This includes developing plans for manpower, training, equipment maintenance/upgrades, organizational structure, marketing, and budgeting.
