Role Overview

Position Title: General Manager

Location: Woodstock

The General Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all employees engaged in the Stamping and Assembly departments. The GM ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production, drives continuous improvement, supports new product launches, and develops the leadership capability of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations for Stamping and Assembly; drive safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Manage Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, Quality, Shipping/Receiving.
• Support production issues with equipment, tooling, and cross‑functional teams.
• Plan staffing and schedules (regular and overtime) to meet customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement: process, layout, metrics, and capital business cases.
• Oversee onboarding and training; maintain competency and development records.
