Responsible for providing comprehensive pediatric nursing care and services for neonatal, infant, child, and adolescent patients in accordance with hospital standards, nursing practice standards, and patient safety regulations
Prepare medical facilities and equipment required for pediatric patient care to ensure safe, effective, and child-friendly services
Perform nursing assessments and monitor pediatric patients’ physical and psychological conditions, including vital signs, growth and development, nutritional status, and response to treatment
Deliver nursing care based on pediatric nursing standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in managing patient care plans
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures by preparing pediatric patients physically and psychologically, while ensuring comfort and emotional support for both patients and families
