General Pediatrician Locum

Job Description

(SHA) – Saskatoon and University of Saskatchewan (USask), Department of Pediatrics within the College of Medicine is seeking a full‑time general pediatric specialist for a 12‑month locum term. The start date is flexible, ranging from August 1, 2026 to July 1, 2027.

The role includes inpatient services at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH) and outpatient consultant‑based services (no primary care). Inpatient service consists of 10 weeks of pediatric clinical teaching unit (CTU) at JPCH and 4–5 general pediatrics clinics per week when not on CTU. Part‑time contracts are also available, and candidates may focus exclusively on inpatient work.
