General Practice - Consultant - Coonabarabran Health Service

Conditions: Position Title GP VMO ED covering ED & Wards – On call overnight Category 1-2 – VRGS cover Cat 3-5s overnight from 22:00 Hours/shift 07:00 – 20:00 (onsite) Rate of pay (daily) As per EVO Advertising Qualifications/Experience • Emergency, Trauma, Adult and Paediatric Support • Basic Life Support • Simple Suturing • ECG Interpretation • Catheterisation • Sound Clinical Judgement • Communicate appropriately • Medicare Provider number requirements: Full billing or refer and request billing rights acceptable • Must have completed eMeds training Duties • Expectation that you review all cases in-person throughout the day. • Hours required to be on-site will be 8am ward rounds, followed by ED reviews etc - finish time to be negotiated with site. • Must return to the ED when requested by nursing staff at any time. • Complete discharge summaries and review admitted patients as requested. • Complete contemporaneous and comprehensive clinical...
