This purpose-built practice boasts 10 doctor consulting rooms, 10 treatment rooms for multiple purposes, 2 Occupational Medicine rooms, in practice pathologist and large waiting room areas. Support staff include receptionists, practice nurses, chronic disease nurses and a practice manager.

This surgery is involved in a registrar training program with James Cook University. The surgery is a mixed billing facility and is open from Monday to Friday and on Saturday morning. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
