headspace Maitland offer free youth health services for young people aged 12-25 years. We employ a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, counsellors, youth workers, GPs and other staff to support the health and wellbeing of young people with a focus on mental health.

Working as a member of the headspace team offers GPs the opportunity to provide bulk-billed services to young people as part of a collaborative and holistic model of care, in an environment that encourages the development of ongoing and therapeutic relationships with clients and multidisciplinary case consultation.

Samaritans Foundation is the lead agency for 3 headspace centres in Maitland, Kempsey, Taree & a headspace Satellite Centre in Cessnock. As a member of our headspace team you will receive ongoing support available as part of a large not for profit organisation that operates across HNECC PHN & North Coast PHN regions.
