Your role will involve reading and interpreting plans and blueprints, and you will be responsible for the assembly of floors, roof trusses, and walls within the home construction industry.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses.
+ Read and interpret plans and blueprints.
+ Assemble floors, roof trusses, and walls for home construction.
+ Set wood using lasers as guides and apply nail plates using hammers, nail guns, and other tools.
+ Perform visual quality checks to ensure assembly accuracy.
