**Job Description**

The General Production Worker (Twist Operator) operates high-speed stick equipment to package individually cut and wrapped candy in a continuous production environment. This role focuses on maintaining equipment within specified tolerances, performing running adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and output, and verifying that all packaged product meets strict quality and identification standards. The position also supports automatic packaging of displays and cases while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and established operating procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate high-speed Halls GD 2001s, TF1s, and Oval Stick equipment to produce candy within specified tolerances while maintaining optimal efficiency and product quality.
