Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Take customer orders and input accurately into POS
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Resolve basic customer concerns politely

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food and drinks according to standards and recipes
• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Cleanliness & Organization

• Clean tables, counters, kitchen areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
