General Sales Manager

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through his/her sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge trainings.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan and meeting agreed targets/quota.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing/Management/Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 5 years of related work experience in the related field
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to be assigned in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
