General Sales Support - Canada Medical Supplies

As a Sales Support Specialist for the Medical supplies team, you will be the first line of support for inquiries and doubts. You’ll work closely with account managers, internal teams, and various online tools to provide customer-focused, solution-oriented responses. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service.

Your role:

• Sort through several information sources to find suitable solutions for customers.
• Handle escalations, determining whether they can be resolved directly or need to go to an account manager.
• Keep account managers informed of any critical situations, such as a customer considering moving away from Philips consumables.
• Develop basic clinical knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients.
