General Service Technician

The General Service personnel perform inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs to a wide variety of equipment associated with the infrastructure. This includes maintenance of evaporative coolers and blower units, pumps, weekly maintenance tasks on fixed and mobile plant, and safety inspections. The role involves supporting trades and other personnel, undertaking general service duties, cleaning, documentation, and other tasks as required. The General Service staff ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall maintenance tasks of the facility.

Qualifications

· Essential: Current Driver’s License.

· Desirable: Training in appropriate safety procedures (Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, PPE, Lockout/Tag out, Working in Trenches, etc.).
