General Services Supervisor

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related course.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles.
• With at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving issues related to office operations, including utilities, transportation, and other necessities.
• Manage communication content regarding General Affairs policies and services.
• Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP), visas, and other related government documents for foreign employees.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records related to permits and visas.
• Can effectively communicate (written and verbal).
• Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage.
