Job Description

We are recruiting a General Stores Manager for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


The General Stores Manager is responsible for the efficient management, receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, supplies, and equipment, as well as ensuring that inventory levels are accurately maintained, records are up-to-date, and materials are readily available to support operations. The General Stores Manager will oversee the department, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Store items in designated locations in a clean, organised, and secure manner.
  • Issue materials, equipment, and supplies to relevant departments accurately and on time.
