YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Coordinate the maintenance department for the assigned operations group;
Collaborate with operational departments to manage equipment priorities and maintenance to ensure productivity;
Ensure that the maintenance team work efficiently with all resources;
Prepare the allocated budget and control cost for the upcoming operations;
Provide specific training and development opportunities for immediate employees;
Ensure that equipment availability meets or exceeds all production requirements by ensuring that all fleets are maintained in a safe, efficient and effective manner on their shift;
