:Reporting to the Underground Mine Superintendent, you will be part of the Mine Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Manage day-to-day operations for mine development, production and construction and lead by example to build a safe and strong employee culture;
Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of mine operations employees in a safe, environmentally sound and efficient manner, either personally or through subordinate supervisors;
Monitor costs, productivity, health & safety and employee motivation;
Interact with the Mine Management team to establish production and quality standards by using knowledge of mining technology (methods, procedures, standards and machine & equipment capabilities);
