Responsibilities Monitors distribution, quality, and storage performance and recommends adjustments across stock management, materiel control, and quality assurance programs. Responds to customer inquiries and prepares documentation to support investigations into S and D operations. Evaluates and analyzes corrective action plans for stock surveillance, product integrity, process movement, and distribution issues. Serves as liaison between the distribution center and S and D on Inventory, Location Survey, Planography, Violations, and COSIS actions. Coordinates DSS-related complaints/problems and ensures entry into the Ticket database. Performs comparative studies to identify trends, causes, and impacts; evaluates problems; and recommends corrective actions using reports from the distribution center, military officials, and DLA/DoD customers.
