Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Responsibilities Serves as the Accountable Officer (AO) for a DLA Distribution Depot. Coordinates and works with other AOs and distribution centers within the DDC, supply managers at Inventory Control Points (lCPs) and vendors contracted within the supply program to reconcile complex accountability issues. Oversee DoD regulations and DLA policy for the inventory program. Develops Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for the depot to ensure that performance goals are achieved, problem areas are identified and targeted for improvement, and that the requirements of the DLA Distribution Inventory program are met. Coordinates reconciliations with owners, monitors responses and research to ensure accountable and financial records are brought into balance.
