Company Description

Yarmouth Regional Hospital (YRH) is seeking two full-time general surgeons to be part of a team of five general surgeons. The group is replacing one position and adding an additional position. The role requires a full spectrum of general surgical services appropriate to a secondary care centre, including endoscopy. Regular OR, endoscopy and minor procedure time are offered. The group is willing to provide some surgical assists and can help mentor a newer graduate. Physicians have an opportunity to work as a preceptor with medical graduates and residents. Compensation is currently Fee for Service, with an estimated income range of $350,000 to $450,000 annually. Your annual income will depend solely on your own clinical output.
