Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Maintain and repair pumps and plumbing systems.
• Carry out modifications or new installations as directed.
• Perform comprehensive service and repairs on HVAC systems, including FCUs, VAVs, VRF systems, precision AC units, and AHUs.
• Inspect and repair ducting, piping, insulation, and cladding.
• Service and inspect various valves, including motorized valves.
• Identify and replace faulty bearings, wear kits, and impellers.
• Diagnose issues in Chilled water systems, DX units, and Split AC units.
• Perform refrigerant leak repairs, compressor replacements, and copper piping brazing/welding.
