   Job Qualifications:  
 Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related course
 With at least 1 year hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions
 Has excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills
 Fresh graduates with strong leadership qualities are welcome to apply
 
   Job Description:  
 Plans, monitors & achieves assigned volume targets in assigned CORD distributor territory
 Manages trade spend in assigned geographical territory
 Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates business plans assigned in geographical territory aligned with regional & national objectives
 Submits trade activities proposal (Via On-Time Monitoring System) district
 Provides input in volume forecasting process and manages returns, BO and pull-out according to communication strategy & guidelines
