Responsibilities:

• Achieve sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate, and market hygiene targets.
• Develop and execute business plans based on set strategies for territory growth.
• Ensure consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory.
• Execute monthly Cycle Plans flawlessly.
• Manage Accounts Receivables efficiently.
• Provide effective communication, reporting, and feedback to the Distributor Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

• FMCG with distributorship in Retail and Wholesale
• College graduate.
• 2 years of field sales management experience in FMCG.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
