Job Description

  1. Store Visits & Relationship Building

  2. Regular visits to independent GT accounts (convenience stores, mini-marts, small grocers) regularly to build rapport and strengthen relationships.

  3. Maintain a disciplined territory call plan to ensure consistent customer engagement.

  4. New Account Acquisition & Cold Calling

  5. Identify and approach new GT outlets to open accounts and expand market reach.

  6. Conduct proactive cold calls and in-person visits to convert prospects into customers.

  7. Merchandising & Marketing Execution

  8. Ensure products are well-presented, priced, and distributed according to brand standards.

  9. Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and in-store campaigns.
  10. Educate store owners/staff on product benefits and selling points.

  11. Order Taking & Sales Promotion
