We're looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare clinic's front desk operations and patient coordination.
What You'll Do:
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and texts
• Assist patients with scheduling questions and clinic flow
• Collect & verify patient info, insurance, and referrals
• Maintain patient records in the EMR system
• Send appointment reminders and therapist assignments
• Process patient payments and bill clinic supplies
• Answer basic billing questions and coordinate with billing
• Support therapists with daily admin tasks
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What We're Looking For:
• Must be living in Cebu City
