The Generalist, People Team

We are looking for a well‑rounded HR partner responsible for delivering core people operations across the APAC region, with a primary focus on the Philippines and eventual support for markets including Japan and Australia. This role spans the full spectrum of HR functions—from data reporting and analytics—and contributes meaningfully to building an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture at Glass Lewis.

This role is full‑time, permanent and hybrid, based out of our Manila (Makati City) office, with regular in‑person attendance at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Statistics or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or as data scientist.
