Generalist / Senior HR Generalist (Compensation & Benefit)

+ Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices (I.e. Outsourcing of Payroll Vendor Implenmentation)

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

+ Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process

+ Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system

+ Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates

+ Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to compensation and benefits.

+ Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)

+ Support and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
