Responsible for interpreting and administering a variety of human resources programs such as: compensation, benefits, recruitment, communication, employee development, training and manpower planning, training or labor relations.
Counsels and advises management and employees on personnel programs and policies.
Conducts research studies and prepares special reports and presentations.
A seasoned, experienced professional with complete understating of principals, concepts, practices and standards.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
