Sophilabs is seeking a Generalista de Talento  in Bogotá, Colombia. 
In this full-time onsite role, you will facilitate daily HR functions, implement company policies, and ensure a healthy work environment. 
Responsibilities Onboarding of new employees 
Handling employee requests 
Maintaining compliance with labor regulations 
Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in HR 
Fluent in English 
Great communication skills 
Location Live near Bogotá's office location is essential.
